Lindsay Lohan has breached her probation terms after she failed to register her new address.
The actress had ditched her shared home with DJ-girlfriend Samantha Ross and moved to a new place. The ‘Mean Girls’ star appeared in court for a progress report concerning her second arrest for Driving Under Influence in 2007.
The singer had been slapped with fines and ordered to complete an alcohol education programme as part of a three-year probationary sentence, reports Contactmusic.
And according to TMZ.com, the singer was supposed to re-enroll for the course using her new address, but did not do so by the deadline of January 2. Her attorney, Blair Berk, has apparently settled the matter.
