The actress is reportedly keen to move to Los Angeles to be with her girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson, and therefore wants to sell the pad as quickly as possible, reported Contactmusic.com.
The apartment which consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open chef's kitchen offers a splendid view of the Statue of Liberty.
But in her bid to be close to her girlfriend, Lindsay will take a financial hit, as the other apartments in the same building are reportedly on the market for a much higher price.
Lindsay and Samantha who sparked wedding rumors after the actress reportedly converted to her girlfriend's religion of Judaism, have had a on-and-off relationship since October last year.
