Actor Jamie Dornan is not quitting 'Fifty Shades of Grey' films franchise, his representative has confirmed. An Australian magazine had reported that Dornan, 32, wouldn't be acting in the planned sequels for the hit movie because his wife Amelia Warner was not happy with the sadomasochistic and domination theme featured in the film.
The report has since spread like wildfire and ignited Twitter responses
from fans, reported Ace Showbiz. Now, a representative for Dornan has
denied the false claim, telling Gossip Cop, "All press reports are pure
conjecture as the studio has not committed to a sequel as yet."
Focus Features, the film company behind the movie, reportedly also
hasn't heard from Dornan that he is quitting the box office film's
planned sequels, adding that there hasn't been further talks about the
second and third films just yet. Talks of 'Fifty Shades of Grey' sequels
first emerged few weeks ago following the film's commercial success.
There have been two sequels planned based on the successful book trilogy
with Dornan and co-star Dakota Johnson on board reprising their roles.
